Amelia Sears offers private music lessons for violin & viola at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. She believes that music lessons should be creative, include solo and collaborative performance, and encourage self-confidence. Through a blend of classical, folk, and modern genres, students will experience a wide range of musical expression on violin & viola. Lessons are individualized to allow students to pursue their own goals while being given artistic and technical guidance. Students can also sign up for lessons on performing with piano accompaniment, taught by Adam Sears. From September through May she offers weekly private lessons, student performance opportunities, and assist with creative projects. Summer sessions and by-appointment lessons from June - August.

Beginner Monday Lessons
Is your child asking to play the violin? Did they get a new instrument for the holidays? Have they had a blast in their 5th grade orchestra this year and want to grow as a musician? Private one-on-one lessons provide the guidance they need to become expert practicers and confident performers. Mentorship by a professional and supportive teacher is an essential part of the musical journey and it is my joy to help students explore their musical identity.
Fourteen 30 minute private lessons in the semester, with school holidays excluded.
Monthly Tuition: $140 per month
